We utilize custom built floating agitation barges to completely agitate lagoons, bringing settled solids into suspension for pump-out. This technique has been very successful in regaining capacity for our own lagoon and many of our customers’ lagoons. |

ApplicationWe directly inject manure into the soil as fertilizer in the field. This maximizes nutrient value of the manure and offers precision placement for the next crop. Injection is the safest way environmentally to handle liquid manure, minimizing any runoff and odor.
For excellent accuracy, we use Krohne flow meters tied into GPS mapping. This shows us as-applied gallon per acre readings so we can precisely meet your manure management plan. Every pump in our system can be fully controlled from our application tractor using PCE's LightSpeed. Certified Manure ApplicatorsAll our employees are certified by the state of Minnesota as custom manure applicators. We utilize some of the latest technologies to provide our customers with a quality application service.
Our dragline systems make use of a flow meter on the first pump leaving the pit, and another flow meter on the applicator tractor. These flow meters are integrated with PCE LightSpeed© Pump Control allowing our applicator to read both flow meters from inside his tractor for more accurate application and security. Our dry spreaders have scales and GPS tracking to calculate tons applied per acre. Using DigiStar™ Nutrient Tracker we are able to compile, record and utilize this data immediately inside the tractor cab. |
